📋 Description

• Deliver home health aide and CNA services for hospice patients.
• Visit clients in Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
• Support a 1:1 patient ratio with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary hospice team.
• Must have reliable transportation to homes.
• Provide compassionate, in-home care to help patients stay at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Be listed on PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Have at least one year of related work experience.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
• Background check completed; meet state requirements.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
