- Collaborate with BMS, Controls, Engines, Flight, and Systems to develop/test flight plans.
- Support regression testing and EMC/short-circuit/electrical design testing.
- Develop and test mission profiles on batteries.
- Analyze test data and share with engineering teams.
- Develop automated test equipment and assist digital testing infra.
🎯 Requirements
- BS in Computer, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in battery design, BMS/controls, battery testing, or related testing.
- Proficient with DO-160G/DO-311A/UN 38.3 and related test standards.
- Experience testing Battery Pack and BMS electrically.
- Experience with high voltage systems (cars, aircraft).
- Proficient with LabVIEW or Python; CANoe, CANalyzer, PCAN.
