Develop and manage the master site plan, forecasting years ahead for growth.
Drive high-level land planning and usage strategies to optimize campus expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with local government officials, landowners, and stakeholders.
Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals and remove blockers.
Lead and project-manage utility expansions from planning to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning.
5+ years in site planning, facilities mgmt, or infrastructure PM.
Track record in long-term planning, stakeholder engagement, regulatory navigation.
Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar.
Excellent communication; able to influence cross-functional partners.
Advanced degree (MBA/Master’s in Engineering/Planning) or PMP.
