ABOUT THE TEAM

Basis' Agency Lead team partners with and supports agencies as they push the boundaries of the digital ad space. You will be a part of a team that is nimble, fueled by curiosity, and grounded in a culture of positivity, accountability, and support. At the core of your work is a commitment to helping agencies win BIG. By showcasing Basis and Basis' commitment to innovation—you will play a part in redefining the agency of the future.

WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

This position is a senior individual contributor role on the Agency team. You will be primarily responsible for cultivating and growing client relationships, presenting Basis as a strong partner within your book of business, achieving quarterly revenue goals, and working collaboratively with internal teams. You will contribute by:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 8 years of experience in digital AdTech sales
  • Professional network that includes established senior-level and c-suite level relationships at agencies with automated buying platforms
  • History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals
  • The drive to win and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported.
  • Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.
  • BONUS POINTS

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to stay highly organized, optimistic, and coachable through quickly changing situations
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Strong Preference for New York/New England Area

    This salary range reflects a typical compensation range for the role and level in most U.S. locations. Final compensation offered will depend on your location, experience, and skills. Total compensation may also include bonuses, equity, and competitive benefits.
