BAS & Controls - Lead Installer

📋 Description

• Lead installation of BAS and low-voltage control systems
• Run conduit, EMT, flex, and cable tray systems
• Read blueprints, control drawings, one-lines, and specs
• Lead 3–6 person field crews; assign tasks and schedules
• Support BAS startup, checkout, and commissioning
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC contractors, and other trades onsite

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of BAS, controls, low-voltage, or electrical installation
• Experience leading crews in commercial or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of BAS installation practices and control wiring
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and sequence of operations preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver's license
