- Install and mount BAS control panels, controllers, sensors, relays, actuators

- Read and interpret blueprints, control drawings, and specs
- Lead and supervise 3–6 person field installation crews
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of BAS, controls, low-voltage, or electrical installation experience
- Previous experience leading crews in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of BAS installation practices and control wiring
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and sequence of operations
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
