- Set up, maintain, and clean workstations and dining areas for safety and organization
- Perform cleaning and maintenance on tools, equipment, and drip coffee stations
- Complete daily records, tasks, and opening/closing checklists

- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year barista or 2+ years in cafe/customer service with coffee/beverage
- 3+ years barista experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated; takes initiative in fast-paced env
- Experience in high-volume output environments
- Team player; works well in teams
- Strong interpersonal and written communication
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of barista tools and equipment
- Pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
- Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Stand for 8-12 hours
- Bend, stoop, lift as needed
- Work all shifts; overtime, weekends, holidays
- Adaptability and problem-solving; attention to detail
- Train incoming team members; collaborate well
- Work gracefully under pressure
- Florida Food Handlers Manager Certificate (training provided)
- Valid US Driver's License
- ITAR compliance and related requirements as applicable
