🎯 Requirements

A valid and active California Barbering License.
2+ years of professional barbering experience.
Passion for serving marginalized communities (e.g., homelessness).
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Natural empathy and the ability to hold space for clients’ stories.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of an integrated care team.
