🎯 Requirements
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership or management within Scrum/Agile environments
- Experience with systems engineering, networking, and troubleshooting complex technical environments
- Experience with modern developer toolchains, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
