- Originate real estate loans from multiple sources.
- Set up loans in the Bank's system and submit for underwriting.
- Identify opportunities; prepare financing sheets for listings/open houses.
- Attend Realtor/Builder meetings and loan signer appointments.
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
🎯 Requirements
- H.S. Diploma required (equiv. education/experience considered).
- 2+ years of residential mortgage origination experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage origination processes, regulations, and underwriting.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of market competition, sales strategies, trends.
- Knowledge of federal and state lending laws and regulations.
