📋 Description

• Provide excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Actively refer Bank products/services and sell Bank products via in-person and telephone conversations.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and contribute as a team member.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales required
• Previous Teller experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills; basic math, negotiation, and problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication; proper phone and email etiquette
• Good interpersonal and relationship building; excellent customer service
• NOTE: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role in the same job.
