• Provide excellent client experience as the face of Banner Bank.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Refer and sell Bank products/services in-person and by phone.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality; collaborate with team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months experience: cash handling, client service, sales.
• Previous Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organization; basic math, negotiation, problem solving.
• Verbal and written communication; phone and email etiquette.
• Interpersonal skills; excellent customer service.
• Higher experience may be considered for higher role.
