📋 Description

• Provide excellent client experience as the face of Banner Bank
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Actively refer Bank products/services to help clients
• Sell Bank products and services via in-person and phone conversations
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
• Support branch operations and contribute to assignments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months of experience including cash handling, client service, and sales
• Previous Teller experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills; basic math, negotiation, problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication; phone and email etiquette
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• NOTE: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role in the same job.
