📋 Description

  • Perform daily reconciliations between bank statements and internal ledgers.
  • Ensure GBT and GLPS transactions are captured and aligned across systems.
  • Identify discrepancies between internal and external records.
  • Investigate root causes of mismatches and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Payments, and Operations to resolve issues.
  • Track and document reconciliation adjustments and communications.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger systems and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
