🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of general ledger systems and bank reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
