Perform daily reconciliations between bank statements and internal ledgers.
Ensure GBT and GLPS transactions are captured and aligned across systems.
Identify discrepancies between internal and external records.
Investigate root causes of mismatches and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Payments, and Operations to resolve issues.
Track and document reconciliation adjustments and communications.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of general ledger systems and bank reconciliation processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
