📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end change management workflows for collateral, product, and credit changes.
• Manage review schedules, timelines, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure review requirements are clearly communicated and followed.
• Track approvals, feedback, and open items; drive timely completion of reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of review status and decisions; explore workflow improvements using tooling/AI.
• Collaborate across product, risk, legal, finance, compliance, and operations to coordinate reviews.

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Slack, document repositories, and scheduling tools.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
