🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record in non-dilutive financing; familiarity with LMA documents
- Strong project finance or infrastructure financing experience; long-term capex
- Cross-border structuring experience; coordinate with external counsel
- Excellent written and spoken English and French; explain concepts clearly
