Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance to deliver data solutions for banking ops.
Participate in product task forces and provide data-driven perspectives.
Improve data pipelines for new sources, requirements, and performance.
Build data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infra for monitoring.
Investigate data discrepancies, resolve quality issues, support stakeholders.
Present findings to leadership with data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years SQL experience (MySQL or similar; Snowflake a plus)
Expertise with Tableau, Mode, Looker, Power BI
Hands-on data pipelines; design ETL/ELT workflows
Experience supporting product teams and lifecycle
Communicate findings in clear written reports and exec summaries
Translate findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders
