📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service at branch locations.
• Engage in sales and service activities to drive performance.
• Support Branch Manager/Client Service Manager in developing a sales culture.
• Refer clients to Banner products/services to meet financial goals.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security, and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years teller experience with sales goals.
• 2-4 years leading a project, process or team.
• HS Diploma; NMLS registration preferred.
• Knowledge of retail products, policies, and QuickStep lending.
• Client service, relationship building; strong verbal and written comms.
• Selling, cross-selling; financial sales experience; credit data analysis.
