Banker III (Teller III)

📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and follow policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent client experience and represent the Bank professionally.
• Help clients achieve financial goals by referring products and Bank specialists.
• Lead in sales, operations, and client service within the branch.
• Support branch operations, including mentoring, training, and coaching tellers.
• Work collaboratively to complete assignments with quality and timeliness.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.
• Engage in in-person and phone conversations to sell Bank products.
• Open new accounts using the Banner Way sales process, when assigned.
• Ensure full compliance with policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Two+ years of teller experience with sales goals (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
