📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent client experience and represent the Bank professionally.
• Refer Bank products and services to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Lead in sales, operations, and client service at the branch.
• Support branch operations, including mentoring and coaching the teller team.
• Open new accounts using Banner Way sales process when assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years teller experience with sales goals required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with Windows-based applications, calculators, and basic PC tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with phone etiquette.
