📋 Description

• Act as the face of Banner Bank and handle transactions accurately.
• Refer and sell Bank products/services to clients.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months of cash handling, client service and sales
• Previous Teller experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, math, negotiation, problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication; proper phone/email etiquette
• Interpersonal and relationship-building; customer service skills
• Note: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role
