Banker I (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Provide excellent client experience and be the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Sell Bank products through in-person and telephone conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows-based applications and calculator use.
• Comfortable with basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Effective communication with proper phone and email etiquette.
• Build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work branch hours and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
