📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Deliver excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work well as a team contributor on all tasks.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.
• Sell bank products via in-person and phone, meeting referral standards.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Equivalency allowed: education + experience in lieu of a degree.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows-based applications and calculator use.
• Comfort with basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Effective communication with proper phone and email etiquette.
• Building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
