📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately following policies.
• Provide excellent client experience; be the face of the Bank.
• Refer clients to Bank products and services to meet goals.
• Refer clients to Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor.
• Sell Bank products via in-person and phone, meeting referral standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Equivalency accepted in lieu of degree.
• Entry-level cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic Windows PC knowledge and calculator use.
• Effective communication with phone/email etiquette; customer service oriented.
