📋 Description

• Provide excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Refer and sell bank products/services via in-person and phone.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality; work well in a team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months of cash handling, client service & sales experience
• Previous Teller experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills; math, negotiation, problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication; phone & email etiquette
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service
• Higher levels of experience may be considered for advanced roles
