📋 Description

• Provide excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Refer and sell Bank products to clients (in person and by phone).
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Support branch goals and customer service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months of cash handling, client service, and sales experience.
• Prior Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; basic math, negotiation, problem solving.
• Effective verbal and written communication; phone and email etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Higher levels may be considered for a higher-level role.
