📋 Description

• Provide excellent client experience as the face of Banner Bank.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Actively refer Bank products and services and sell them in person and by phone.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months of cash handling, client service and sales experience required.
• Previous Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organization; basic math, negotiation, and problem solving.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette.
• Good interpersonal and relationship building; excellent customer service skills.
• NOTE: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role in the same job.
