📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately following policies.
• Provide excellent client experience as the face of the bank.
• Refer clients to Bank products to help achieve goals.
• Refer clients to Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Sell Bank products via in-person and phone conversations.
• Comply with policies, security requirements, and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows-based applications and calculator use
• You're comfortable with basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving
