📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Provide excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Refer clients to Bank products and services to help achieve financial goals.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work as a team contributor; maintain reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products via in-person and phone conversations; meet referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Entry-level cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows-based apps and calculator use.
• Comfortable with basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
