📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while following policies.
• Provide an excellent experience for clients and act as the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Sell Bank products and services through in-person and telephone conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows-based applications and calculator use.
• Effective communication, with proper phone and email etiquette.
