📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day banking operations and payment processing.
• Manage vendor onboarding and relationships with banking partners.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and compliance to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in banking ops, treasury, payments, or fintech ops.
• Strong understanding of ACH, wire transfers, settlements, reconciliations, cash management.
• Experience with core banking vendors, partners, and financial institutions.
• Advanced data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
