Job Overview

We are seeking a Number Porting Specialist to join our Brussels-based operations team. In this on-site role, you will manage the porting process for telephone numbers (PSTN/VoIP) for new customers and changes, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely activations and deactivations. You will monitor porting timelines, communicate progress to customers, and help maintain high service levels and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate porting requests for new numbers and changes.
• Coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and customers to confirm required data.
• Track porting timelines, schedule activations/deactivations, and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with numbering regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain internal systems and documentation; identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with telecom porting processes or customer operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and basic data management (Excel/Sheets).
• Ability to manage multiple porting projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.
