Badger Maps is seeking a talented individual to join and help grow our Customer Success Team! Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, our Badger Maps Customer Success Associates are continually focused on helping our customers improve their team efficiency and time management with Badger Maps.

What you'll do:
Partner with Badger Maps’ Account Executives to close new deals by providing first class pilot experiences for prospective customers to drive product value
Work closely with customers to understand business needs and challenges, guide through integration, implementation, deployment, and training to ensure success with Badger Maps
Reduce churn by managing existing customer relationships and owning renewal cycles with strategic relationship building, outreach, and follow up
Create customer value and loyalty, drive upsells, and ask for referrals and reviews/case studies through onboarding, training, support calls, and other Customer Success Initiatives (QBRs, marketing related campaigns, etc)
Create and maintain internal and external Customer Success materials, resources, and processes
Collaborate with cross departmental stakeholders in projects to drive company revenue and advocate for customers with potential to create and lead your own impactful projects What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or account management
2+ years of experience in leading a team
2+ years of experience with process/change management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy, self-motivated, proactive team player & a creative problem solver with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
Consistent track record of highly-professional customer interactions in a fast paced, dynamic environment Cool to have:
Experience with CRMs and CRM integrations
Advanced/Proficient in Excel
Experience with Zapier What we offer:
Competitive salary of 60K per year, negotiable based on experience, plus up to 15K in OTE
