- Manage filming, lighting, audio, and production needs independently.
- Maintain high visual, editorial, and storytelling standards.
- Stay plugged into internet culture, tech trends, and sustainability narratives.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in video content creation, videography, or production.
- Proven ability to independently ideate, shoot, and edit end-to-end.
- Strong visual judgment, taste, and editorial instincts.
- Solid camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
- Native-level English writing skills for scripts, hooks, and captions.
- Organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working at speed.
