The SEO team is looking for a motivated student to join and support their efforts to grow organic traffic in the US and UK markets. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about data analysis, content management and driving data-driven results!

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🚀

  • Content Management: Manage our CMS (Contentful and/or WordPress) to uphold English language quality and SEO requirements for all content. Make sure our content is always up-to-date. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align SEO content with overall strategy.
  • Page Optimization: Work with your SEO manager to identify and implement optimizations to valuable pages outside the Buying Guide such as the comparison tool, the pricing guides and the trade-in pages.
  • Content Providers Management: Coordinate with content providers, including agencies and platforms, to facilitate content publication and localization to the UK market when needed. Provide feedback to agencies to optimize processes and ensure smooth content creation and publication.
  • Localization: Identify strong content that performs well in the US and adapt it for the UK market.
  • Performance Analysis: In collaboration with our SEO managers, conduct performance analysis to identify areas of opportunity to improve our content and drive organic growth. Benchmark our site against competing sites to develop a strategy for best content practices.
  • Technical SEO Monitoring: Utilize our crawling platform to perform routine health checks to identify quick technical fixes on site.
  • Cross-platform integration: Identify opportunities with other Back Market teams to leverage relevant content from video, social media or PR to be used on site to provide added value to our audience.
