Help us overcome a key strategic challenge for Back Market and the refurbished industry: improve the customer experience to align our standards on the new players ! To achieve it, we are the first marketplace to take over all After Sales service from our sellers. Customer Care by Back Market (CCBM) is an ongoing foundational project in line with our crazy ambition - which makes it an exciting time to join the Care department.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Solve customer technical issues, provide technical guidance, phone call or email support, with a white glove approach

  • Assess warranty status on technical claims and be the technical trusted third party with sellers and customers.

  • Create and maintain a knowledge base solutions to help our customers.

  • Build strong relationships with members of the Care department, the innovation Lab (and more!) to fully leverage your impact.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You are super curious about the tech and/or repair/refurbished industry

  • You have excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English, an extra language is a bonus

  • You have good technical background

    • Especially on smartphones (iPhone and Androids) and computers (Windows and Mac)

    • Additional background on another category (Gaming, camera…) is welcome

  • You ideally have prior experience in Customer Care / service (not mandatory) - A good understanding of the digital business/ about the e-commerce sector is a big bonus!

  • You are the go-to person of your friends and relatives when they have a tech issue
