• Execute Outreach QA reviews on a randomized sample of manual verifications.
• Use internal validator findings to confirm required fields and flag illogical data.

• Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support SLA and KPI attainment by reviewing queued items and escalating risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with QA, operations auditing, or compliance in background screening.
• Knowledge of Truework workflows, including outreach methods and transcription.
• Detail oriented with structured notes and evidence for QA findings.
• Analytical judgment to distinguish soft vs hard fails and escalate appropriately.
• Looker-based sampling and dashboards for audit selection and metrics.
• Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling.
