📋 Description

• Execute complex background checks with high accuracy in identity verification and compliance.
• Document findings in standardized formats, highlighting issues and root causes.
• Investigate complex issues and develop effective solutions for customers.
• Refine workflows, sampling methods, and quality frameworks as programs scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to improve systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the background check industry.
• Strong understanding of the US court system and public access terminals.
• Exceptional research and investigative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
