• Execute complex background checks with high accuracy in identity and compliance.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to improve processes and accuracy.

• 3+ years in the background check industry with strong standards knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the US court system; access to public terminals and court agencies.
• Exceptional research/investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
