🎯 Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- Experience building production systems, APIs, databases, event pipelines, or telemetry platforms.
- Strong programming ability in TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust, or similar.
- Experience with relational databases, time-series data, queues, event streaming, or cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and secure system design; English fluency required.
- Must have IoT/fleet/industrial systems; high-volume event ingestion; dashboards/alerting; audit trails.
