🎯 Requirements

6+ years backend engineering, 2+ years as Tech Lead, scaling production-grade systems
Proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS
Familiarity with modern backend frameworks, tools, and distributed architecture
Experience leading engineers with ownership over direction and success
Strong communication skills
BS in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent hands-on experience
