🎯 Requirements

4+ years of software engineering experience.
Backend apps and APIs in Java.
Distributed systems and microservices.
Service monitoring and alerting techniques.
Strong product sense to balance tech and user needs.
Collaborates with cross-functional and non-technical partners.
Positive attitude toward challenges and change.
Nice to have: GraphQL, Kotlin, Thrift IDL, server-driven architectures.
