📋 Description

• Improve core inference services: networking, speech, model orchestration
• Integrate in-house, third-party, and open-source AI models
• Debug complex issues in networking, scheduling, and concurrency
• Rapidly customize backend services to meet customer needs
• Partner with Product to design and implement new services end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience
• Rust (or C/C++), with Python
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Git version control experience
• Unix-style systems experience
• Nice to have: audio processing
