📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5 engineers building the Ad EnGage data pipeline.
• Work with AWS, Python, Ruby, MySQL, Snowflake to ensure reliability and scale.
• Cross-functionally develop features with Data Science, Infrastructure, Front End, and Data Quality.
• Mentor engineers and drive their technical and professional growth.
• Solve backend challenges with large datasets and scalable automation.
• Maintain high operational and data quality standards for pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering, incl 3+ years backend and 2+ years leading teams.
• Self-driven, ownership, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Proven track record shipping and scaling in fast-moving environments.
• Strong history hiring and growing engineering teams.
• Mentors while providing hands-on design and coding guidance.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, cloud computing, and background job processing.
