Drive DevEx improvements across current stacks.
Leverage Claude Code and Agent SDK to improve workflows.
Deliver testable, maintainable code and own components operationally.

🎯 Requirements

Experienced software engineer; Java; Node.js familiarity a bonus.
Experience deploying to Kubernetes.
Commitment to iteration and finding the right solution.
Focus on standardization and automation to improve DevEx.
3+ years building large-scale systems.
Experience with testing, CI, and CD.
