Improve core inference services: networking, speech processing, transcoding, latency optimization
Develop processes to measure, build, and optimize services for performance
Debug complex system issues including networking, scheduling, and HPC interactions
Rapidly customize backend services to support customer needs
Partner with Product to design and implement new services end to end

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of industry experience
Rust or C/C++ with Python
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong version control experience, preferably Git
Experience with UNIX-like systems
