Own and extend FastAPI backend (routers, services, data layer)
Build end-to-end features from MongoDB/PostgreSQL to API and Next.js frontend
Maintain backend–frontend contracts with Pydantic (auto TS types)
Build and optimize database layer (queries, caching with Memcached/Redis, DBT)
Integrate HubSpot, Slack and internal services via API
Improve CI/CD with GitHub Actions; Docker deployments; testing and observability

🎯 Requirements

Strong Python experience (FastAPI or similar async)
Solid API design and data modeling skills
MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL experience
Experience with BigQuery or similar analytics systems
Own features from idea to production
Experience with Next.js/React/TypeScript a plus
