Work with complex SQL, stored procedures, and DB structures.
Support SOAP-based APIs and core integration layers.
Analyze, debug, and optimize backend performance and scalability.
Collaborate with product and client teams for delivery.
Communicate with stakeholders for transparency and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

5–9 years of backend engineering experience.
Expertise in Java or Kotlin (Kotlin preferred).
Advanced SQL and database querying skills.
Hands-on experience with SOAP-based APIs.
Strong understanding of data flow and backend performance.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a distributed remote setup (EST or CST hours).
Immediate availability.
