🎯 Requirements

Experience with Node.js and other backend technologies
1–3+ years building production systems using LLMs, tool calls, retrieval
A builder mentality; experiments with side projects
Comfortable with ambiguity; take loosely defined problems, decide, and ship
3–8+ years of experience; compensation based on experience
Nice to have: eval framework design; fintech experience; internal tools
