Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship backend services powering creator- and industry-facing products.
• Collaborate with product, design, insights, and engineering to turn needs into scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, and operate backend systems with reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and deployment pipelines supporting efficient development.
• Take ownership of services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-call rotations.
• Work with a cross-functional team to improve how we build and deliver products.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience building and maintaining backend services in production.
• You are comfortable with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• You understand how to design systems that are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
• You care about writing clean, testable code and follow practices like continuous integration and automated testing.
• You have experience working with Google Cloud Platform.
• You are familiar with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
